As a dedicated Certified Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT), I have been passionate about helping others since early adolescence. My commitment to supporting individuals through compassion, empathy, and understanding drives my work every day. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as they work toward their personal goals and improved well-being.
I am a dedicated professional with 15 years of honorable service in the United States Navy. Throughout my military career, I have had the privilege of leading Sailors, supporting mission readiness, and handling high-pressure situations with integrity, resilience, and compassion. My time in the Navy has shaped my character, strengthened my leadership skills, and deepened my understanding of the importance of service, accountability, and putting people first. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology because of the genuine desire to understand people and the behaviors that shape how we think, feel, and connect with others. This foundation has fueled my passion for mental health and inspired me to pursue a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
